My husband and I had been in contact with (and wasting our time with) several different contractors for approximately 2 months before we randomly found Structureline Construction an advertisement in the "Home Mag" (surprisingly not Angie's List!). Both my wife and I work full-time so the thought of trying to manage a project of this scale from start-to-finish seemed daunting.
All of the contractors we spoke to before P.H.B. were either not responsive or pushed much of the work back on us. When I made that first call to Nicolas at Structureline, I immediately knew this was the right company. He reassured me that they could handle EVERYTHING and that it was a pretty straightforward project (which we thought as well but had been told otherwise by other contractors).
We setup an initial consultation with Yaron (our project manager) and the process began. We met Yaron in person at our home and in two hours with us he had designed the kitchen of our dreams. We immediately felt confident that this was absolutely the company we should be working with on the project and felt frustrated we hadn't found them before!
Yaron worked with us throughout the process from picking out cabinetry, granite and tile to making additional recommendations in the house on things we would have never thought of!
Nicolas (our project coordinator) has kept me straight with the deliverable I am tasked with handling and has kept everything else on schedule and on budget. He was also instrumental in getting the permits and plan submissions with the city pushed through in very short order (which I had previously been told could take weeks).
We also asked them to do some remodeling in our master bedroom and Living room.. They did repair the ceiling and installed new crown moldings. After they did the skin coating on the walls the rooms was unrecognizable..
We have just finished construction and everything has been incredible. I was extremely happy with Structureline and would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone who is looking for a contractor

Lisa Whistler, ConsultantSince I Moved to NYC me and my husband we find that it will be a big problem for as to find a good contractor that can help us to get done the construction and remodeling at our new house that we bought in woodlands ..
The second problem we had that we did t have any friend for recommendations...
We found a couple of contractor on Angie's List and yelp and we decided to give a try...
We received a couple of bids form them and we decided to go with the one that gave us the best bid ...,,NYC Renovation & Remodeling,, But after they begin the work we find out that this company has very poor experience in construction and the worst think was that they begin to overcharge us saying that a lot of thinks waren t indicated in the bid.. Yes we where very upset and we decided to not work with that company.. We called again the company's that we received the bids and we asked them to rebid the job and we asked them to specify all the details that will be included and witch not.. After we received the new Bids structurelineHas the most accurate bid they also specify all the details even the garbage removal... My husband sad that he will go with Structureline and I was agree with..
It took approximately 2 month for them to finish the Remodeling In our 4 bedroom House but we are very satisfied with the results ..
They helped us to update the old 2 Bath, replacing all ceramic tiles and bathtubs..
We did replaced all flooring in the house we did update our old kitchen and closets...
and walls Restoration, new moldings and painting. Now all looks great and we are happy with the changes we did in the house..
Hope i will call them soon for some exterior work and I am expecting to receive a good quote .. Thanks for all

Mr. John Anderson, DesignerLast summer I have used Structureline for 2nd floor addition to my house and we are very pleased with the service provided by Nicolas and his Construction Team...
How I remember It was a difficult when we got to choose a contractor for our house addition but because of structureline reputation my husband convinced me to take structureline... The construction on the house too approximately half a year because we decided to get a master bathroom on the 2nd floor and it took longer to get filled to Building of Department and also all new plumbing inspections it took a while... In General Structiureline team was good very responsible and quick... After they finished the Remodeling and Renovation our house looked completely different that was in the beginning and special the master Bathroom on the 2nd floor with costume shower just amazing i will attache a picture bellow for review...
Recently we have contacted them again, because we planing to build a small Patio in the back of the house and we hope that they will give us a reasonable price...
